Where your receipt is depends on how you rented. Here's where to look for each rental method.
If you rented through the Brick app
Open the Brick app.
Go to your rental history (in your profile or account section).
Tap the rental you're looking for.
The receipt details, start time, end time, duration, amount charged, and station, are shown there.
If you rented via the web
If you scanned a QR code and rented through the web page (without installing the app), you should have received a receipt by email at the address you entered during the rental. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Brick.
If you rented by tapping your card at the station (POS)
When you tap your card at a station's reader, you have the option to enter your email address on the station screen. If you did, your receipt will be emailed to you.
If you didn't enter an email at the time, you can still request a receipt, contact support with the date, approximate time, and station location, and we'll send one over.
Need a VAT invoice?
If you need a formal VAT invoice for business reimbursement, email support@brick.tech with the rental details and the company name and VAT number to put on the invoice.
Can't find your receipt?
Contact us through the chat in the Brick app or email support@brick.tech. We can find any rental from the card it was paid with, the date, and the station location.
