What should I do if a power bank is empty or broken?
What should I do if a power bank is empty or broken?

Brick stations are intelligent and should never release a power bank that is broken or charged below 70%. One exception to this is if there are no available powerbanks at your station with more than 70% charge, but in this case you'll be asked to confirm that you're ok with renting it despite the partially depleted battery.

All stations are programmed to release the most charged powerbank. If for some reason your powerbank is faulty, please contact our support team.

We do appreciate all reports of broken cords as well, even if it's a cord that's not being used by you specifically. For example, if you need USB-C and see that the lightning cord is broken, let us know.
