What happens if I lose or don’t return a power bank?

If a power bank is not returned within five days, Brick will charge your card the rental fee for 5 days and an additional purchasing fee, since the power bank is viewed as purchased. This process is entirely automated - once charged, the power bank becomes yours to keep and you can continue to use it.

Please note that you cannot manually request or accelerate this charge process. The system automatically handles everything once the specified time has passed. If you find the power bank after being charged, you may keep it as it is now considered your property.
