Partners are not permitted to create or operate any new digital platforms, including social media accounts, websites, or other online channels, without the explicit written approval of Brick's marketing team. This ensures that our brand presence remains consistent and aligned with Brick’s global standards.
As outlined in the partnership agreement, the partner's primary role is to operate Brick Stations and manage commercial partnerships, such as Corporate Sales and advertising placements. Meanwhile, Brick HQ retains full control and management of the brand and all digital intellectual properties, including logos, app development, and marketing strategies.
Any unapproved use of digital platforms or content could lead to contract violations, including a penalty for each instance of unauthorized activity. Therefore, all digital marketing efforts must be reviewed and approved by the Brick marketing team before launch to maintain brand integrity.
If you are interested in pursuing a digital marketing strategy or have specific plans for a platform, please reach out to our marketing team for approval and guidance.
