This will help you with a station that in real life appears online, but cycles to offline in the Brick dashboard or on the app.

We have identified an issue with some 6-stations that can appear as though they are online (lights are solid) but internally the station is restarting and appearing offline in the app and on the dashboard.

If you have 6 powerbanks inserted into the station from a certain series they may have the station cycling through power as the station reviews the powerbanks that installed.

Solution: Remove 2 powerbanks leaving those slots open. This will resolve the issue and the station should then be functioning normally.

If you would like, you can run Serial Port Utility on a station that is performing like this and let it run for some time, ideally capturing the moment when the station resets. Saving the log and sending to your partner success manager will help the team identify if there are further issues with your station.
