Stations are shipped in Europe from Stockholm. In other parts of the world, we will typically ship stations direct from China. The stations will be provided in boxes, wrapped in protective plastic with power adapters and SIM cards. Turn the station on and test them to make sure you can add them to your market (scan with the QR code) and complete a trial rental. Larger stations are shipped in wooden cabinets to protect them. We also ship the appropriate number of powerbanks and usually a few extra ones with them.
If you have an issue with the station, please refer to the help center first to find out how to check on power, connectivity and other common issues. There you'll find a troubleshooting guide with relatively simple fixes that solve most issues with the station. If you have an issue that is related to physical damage for the stations, for example if they were damaged in shipping, please contact Brick to resolve this matter.
