Pricing for powerbank rentals are set at three levels. If the pricing seen in the app when scanning stations is not what you would expect, check that the pricing is set correctly at the following levels.

Market-level pricing: markets will typically have a default pricing model applied to their market. This is called market-level pricing and all stations scanned and added to your market will have this pricing model applied. Discuss changes to your market-level pricing with the Partner Success Manager to maximize rentals.

Venue-level pricing: Partners can set 'custom pricing' at the venue level if these are distinct from the market-level pricing. For example, a higher-end venue might have higher pricing than the market-level pricing.

Station-level pricing: Partners can also adjust pricing for specific stations. For example, two stations at the same venue, one placed in a VIP area might have a discounted pricing model applied.
