QR Code Removed or Fell Off

This article provides a quick fix for a station's QR codes that was removed, damaged or otherwise taken off from a station.

If the QR code on a station is removed, falls off, is defaced or otherwise cannot be scanned:

  • open the Brick dashboard, navigate to the station page searching for the Station ID

  • Under 'QR Code' on the station's page in the dashboard hit 'Print QR Code'

    • You'll most likely want to print horizontally and/or adjust the scale of the print

  • Contact your local print shop for a sticker or contact your Partner Success Manager at Brick for a replacement.
