Some of our larger stations recently received an update that reset some settings on the station that turn the display into a 'power saver' mode.

If your larger stations with displays turn off unexpectedly (but the lower portion of the station stays on with the slots for powerbanks), follow these steps:

Insure that the station is currently powered on, and that the display is connected to WiFi

Wait 5-10 minutes to allow the station to sync any updates

As the station turns back on, check at the bottom of the screen if you see a power on, power off timer, displayed (see image below):

If there is no message at the bottom of the display, you're good to go.

If the message (see image below) below appears, wait a few minutes and restart a second time.

1. The second restart will sync the settings again.

3. Restart the station 
4. As the station turns back on, check at the bottom of the screen if you see a power on, power off timer, displayed (see image below):
5. If there is no message at the bottom of the display, you're good to go.
6. If the message (see image below) below appears, wait a few minutes and restart a second time.
   1. The second restart will sync the settings again.

This will help you manage a large station that turns off unexpectedly
