Larger Station Display Turns Off

This will help you manage a large station that turns off unexpectedly

Some of our larger stations recently received an update that reset some settings on the station that turn the display into a 'power saver' mode.

If your larger stations with displays turn off unexpectedly (but the lower portion of the station stays on with the slots for powerbanks), follow these steps:

  1. Insure that the station is currently powered on, and that the display is connected to WiFi

  2. Wait 5-10 minutes to allow the station to sync any updates

  3. Restart the station

  4. As the station turns back on, check at the bottom of the screen if you see a power on, power off timer, displayed (see image below):

  5. If there is no message at the bottom of the display, you're good to go.

  6. If the message (see image below) below appears, wait a few minutes and restart a second time.

    1. The second restart will sync the settings again.
