If you need to open up a station to check internal hardware, this guide will help you. Always remember to ensure that the station is disconnected from power and powerbanks are removed.

12-slot station

  • Pull off the rubber feet of the station, unscrew the screws in each foot. There is also one screw in the small slot in the middle of the base of the station (often covered by a sticker).

  • On the back of the station, there are also five screws to remove.

  • When all screws are removed, you can grasp the face of the station by the powerbank slots and gingerly remove the face of the station. Be sure to carefully do this step as the cords can easily be disconnected between the face of the station and the motherboards.

  • When re-attaching the face of the station to its casing, ensure that no cords get caught where the screws are inserted.

6-slot station

  • Pull off the rubber feet of the station, unscrew the screws in each foot. Carefully pull the casing of the station off its base.

24-slot station

  • A universal electrician’s key will unlock the back of the station where you can access the internal hardware for the station. The key will also unlock the back panel behind the display.

48-slot station

  • A universal electrician’s key will unlock the back of the station where you can access the internal hardware for the station.
